With Mother's Day just around the corner, we sat down with these amazing women to learn more about their beauty routines and favourite products. Not only did they provide us with invaluable recommendations, but they also shared their insights on balancing work, home, and family life.

What does Mothers Day mean to you?
To me, Mother's Day is a celebration of love, respect, and appreciation for motherhood.
As a Mother of two beautiful boys, I believe it is an opportunity to honour the contribution of mothers, acknowledge the efforts of maternal bonds, and recognize the role of ultimate nurturers in our society.
The best thing about being a Mother.
The best thing about being a mother is an unconditional love you feel and receive. It is a love unlike any other. Although being a mother can be challenging, it is also so fulfilling and rewarding. There are ups and downs, but the respect and pride that come with motherhood cannot be compared to anything else. There is an innate, fierce motherly instinct for protection that cannot be described but experienced.
The best thing your Mother taught you.
My own Mum taught me to love unconditionally, without judgment. She always supported, loved, and encouraged me with whatever I chose to do. That is what I strive to do as a mother myself.
The best motherhood advice you’ve been given.
The best motherhood advice I've been given is to be present and enjoy the moment. It's easier said than done sometimes but I feel it's important to remember that it takes a village, so don't be afraid to ask for help. Giving yourself grace and lowering your expectations can also be helpful. Instead of worrying about the state of your home or what you're wearing, focus on having belly laughs daily, building strong bonds with your children, and connecting with them. Life is short, and human connection and relationships are everything.
How did your beauty routine change after becoming a mother
As a busy Mum of two and a businesswoman, my beauty routine is low maintenance. I am obsessed with the Eye of Horus Seven Seed Sacred oil (which is my holy grail) followed by our Triple C Concealer to cover up any dark circles, the Skin Tint Serum covers so well and gives me a beautiful glow. I follow by applying our Goddess Mascara and Lip Elixir.
What beauty advice did/will you pass on to your kids?
I believe that skin health is a direct reflection of what is happening on the inside of the body. Therefore, I focus on the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle for my children. Additionally, I emphasise the importance of protecting their skin with quality sunscreen to prevent damage from the sun.

Becoming a mother is a huge life transition. Most of the things you thought you knew about being a mother get thrown out the window when you actually become one. The best advice I got is “This too shall pass”. This has been a very useful mantra when sitting in the thick of it, in the early days.

How did your beauty routine change after becoming a mother
Sometimes being time-poor, getting children ready in the morning as well as myself, I had to learn how to become more time efficient with my routine. This meant finding the right products that had easy application. And when it all got too hard, a pop of colour on my lips always made me feel ‘done’.

The beauty advice I will be giving my daughter will be the same advice passed down by my own mother. Always care for your skin with quality products, avoid harsh chemicals, always wash your makeup off before bed and drink lots of water.
